Our company has in offer a wide range of products manufactured on the basis of extrusion technology. The production process uses the latest developments in this field. The desired shape of the profile is extruded with extruders. In the next step the profile is cross-linked in UV environment. Another process takes place in a heat tunnel where the product is soaked with conditions depending on the applied polymeric base material. In the final stage of the profile is cooled and packed according to customer requirements. Very precise packaging allow the most highly efficient and precise cutting.

Series includes profiles of cross-sections both standard and special according to the individual needs of customers. Standard profiles, rubber cords are mainly used as a blank for the production of O-rings O-ring with large internal diameters. A group of special products constitute any profiles performed on the basis of the supplied design or documentation.

If necessary, we provide a profile provided with the adhesive layer in order to facilitate application to the surface.
